Retired deputy manager Jaya Kishore Pradhan to be a MBBS doctor
An old man has taken admission in the MBBS course this year at VIMSAR Burla. Jaya Kishore Pradhan is a retired SBI deputy manager. He is from Attabira village in Bargarh district. He proved time never be a bar for education if you have a strong will.
After intermediate in Science, he had appeared in medical entrance, but he failed to crack it out. After B.Sc. (Physics), he joined as a teacher in Attabira ME School for a year. Later on he join Indian Bank, then he working in SBI and retired as deputy manager in the year 2016.
The old banker said, It turned out to be a golden opportunity for me, after raising the maximum age limit for taking the NEET Exam.
Mr. Jaya Kishore Pradhan started preparing along with his daughter for NEET and he appeared in 2019 and crack it. Now he is MBBS student in VIMSAR Burla.
The main reason behind this is to help free of cost to poor people and one inspiration from his father long life. As he said his father was contracted with ulcer disease in 1982 and cured after proper treatment in Burla Hospital and lived a long life of 30 years more. So his thought is like that if proper treatment is available in correct time to every one, then the person may enjoy his good long life.
Lastly he said, No one can stop them from succeeding if every young person strengthens his or her will, sets his or her own goals. There is no age to read the text. So whenever you have time, you need to read something new.
