Suspicious death of newlyweds in Sambalpur
Yesterday a newlyweds died in a suspicious condition at Putibandha under Dhanupali police station. She was identified as Seema Nayak aged 24.
One person Serious in stabbing
A young man was allegedly stabbed by a miscreant at Laxmitakkiz square, Sambalpur. It is reported that he had come to see the ShitalSasthhi festival.
SMC’s Waste management
Recently the SMC is doing good job in the area of Waste Management. At present, SMC is handling around 120 TPD of waste every day of which more than 50 percent is biodegradable waste. The biodegradable waste is processed into organic manure and sold as ‘Mo Khata’ and the recyclable waste sent to authorised dealers.
